Absolutely, we will assess your suitability for treatment in initial 10–15-minute phone consultation addressing your skin concerns, needs and expectations. How can I prepare for my treatment?

The most important preparation you may want to consider is your time during the 1-week following your treatment. Give prudent thought before booking. Ensure you have no athletic events or important meetings or special occasions to attend. You may wish to arrange your appointment during paid vacations especially if your job requires you to look presentable This is important as it is likely that you will prefer to stay at home until all of the crusty scabs and swelling has subsided and you look more like yourself. However, this may not be an issue to you if the visual effects of the treatment are of no concern. Please attend your treatment session'[s] with clean make-up free skin, if possible--no mascara on the eyelashes and all eyelash extensions must be removed prior to any eyelift. Also, no moisturizer, tanning products on the treatment area. You should wash your hair on the morning of your treatment as the treatment area cannot get wet for the full week following the procedure. What can I expect to feel?

A Health Canada and FDA Approved laser numbing cream is applied to the treatment area which takes effect in 40-mins. Once the area is sufficiently numb the treatment will begin. During the treatment you will feel some pain like a tattoo with minor irritation! Treatment time can last from 15-minutes up to an hour or so, depending on the size of the area. You will be provided with aftercare products to apply daily such as hyaluronic serum to reduce swelling promote faster healing. How do I plan my downtime?

Downtime depends on your working climate and public lifestyle. You can resume your normal work immediately, but this does not mean there is no downtime. The tiny micro flashes cause scabs to form on the skin giving the distinctive dotting effect. You can also experience mild to moderate swelling in the area treated, particularly in the eye area. The swelling will diminish if any over a 5-day period and the scab tiny purplish dots that occur are gone in a week or so. No make up first few days. The scabs will be covered over with a specially formulated stem cell serum exosome. Only a mineral based make-up can be used on top of the scabs to reduce their visibility. These are aesthetic or cosmetic issues only. There is no real downtime if you don't mind people looking at you thinking you've been in cat fight, if that's the case these visual effects should be of no concern to you. Plan on a three-day movie binge all curled up in your man or girl cave.

Who gets wrinkles?

Wrinkles are inevitable with aging, but some skin tones dark pigmented skin does not wrinkle like light pigmented skin, due to higher levels of collogen elastin. Wrinkles affect individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. While commonly associated with aging, they can also arise prematurely due to genetic factors or lifestyle choices. Environmental influences like sun exposure and smoking play a role in accelerating wrinkle formation. Ultimately, wrinkles impact everyone to varying degrees, underscoring the importance of adopting proactive skincare measures and healthy habits to mitigate their effects and promote long-lasting skin health.

How long will my results last?

The latest Fippe method device we use to perform all of our facial skin tightening procedures will last at least 3 years and in most cases over 5 years, and that is because our laser girl is considered not only the most experienced, but the most trusted Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening expert when results matter, so the results should last as long as they would with invasive surgery. Like any surgical or cosmetic procedures, the effects of Plasma treatment are not entirely permanent and won't stop the aging process. However, the results you get should last you for many years. Also, negative lifestyle choices such as too much alcohol, sun, smoking. Or poor hydration not enough (H20) consumption is the leading cause of aging skin.

How many sessions will I need?

Over 90% of all cases with a 17-year sample size of patients require just one treatment, and the rest require a second or third session. However, depending on the area of the face being treated and individual conditions and expectations additional post-treatments may be necessary, to meet a patient's targeted expected results.

Is there any pre care?

Yes

PRE CARE:

If you're do not feel well the day of your treatment for any reason postpone your scheduled treatment for another day especially if you are displaying signs of cold or flu.

You will need to remove your contact lenses prior to any eye related skin care procedures involving eyelid wrinkles, so just in case you may want to plan on a backup driver.

Skin should not be inflamed in the area we are treating prior to procedure.

If you have a natural sunburn or suntan from a booth postpone 1-MONTH minimum.

Discontinue the use of any vitamin C AHA, and/or Retinol skincare products for 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.

All upper or lower eyelid treatment will need to have all eyelash extensions removed prior to treatment and reapplied after 2-MONTHS.

Discontinue use of any creams, cleaners, and serums containing acids such as salicylic, glycolic, and lactic care remedies for 1-Month prior to having any facial Fibroblast Plasma Skin Tightening procedures performed.

This particular treatment for (fine lines & wrinkles only) does not work well on dark skin tone types that do not wrinkle or our prone to lax, crepe, loose skin like light to fair pigments There are risks associated with the treatment, and it is of the utmost importance to know if you are a good candidate for this advanced procedure. If you’re considering Fibroblast, you should be in good health at the time of the appointment, with no pre-existing health conditions. Ideal candidates for this cosmetic procedure are those with loose, (lax), crepe-like skin found around the eyes, nose, forehead, mouth or chin.

Is there any post care?

Yes

Aftercare Do's

Ice-Ice-Ice baby the treated area for 2-3 days. Ice on 5-15 minutes Ice off 5-15 minutes at least 3x per day first 48 hours

Apply aftercare product given in the morning and night.

Very gently pat the area with distilled water or bottled water or boiled water. No tap water or shower water spray should come into contact with a scab for 4-5days.

Gently apply your aftercare product using a clean finger already dipped in 70% isopropyl and dried completely, or a clean cotton swab to the treated area as needed for temporary relief, until scabs fall off on their own.

Do not Push on a scab or Pic at a scab. Please allow the scabs to come off on their own. This will ensure the best possible healed result and avoid scarring and infection.

Prudance--Patience with the process works best + regular moisturizing with hyaluronic acid is vital to replenish moisture and prevent the skin from becoming dry and peeling

SWELLING

Mild to moderate swelling is to be expected after this type of treatment especially the eyelids. (See ice pack regimen) This is due to the fact that the area will be recovering from a deliberate controlled wound, therefore the natural side effect is swelling. The swelling will subside in a matter of days.

AFTERCARE DONT'S

**Do not immerse your scabs in water. NEVER ALLOW THE SHOWER SPRAY TO COME IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SCABS

Do not pick or push on the scabs. Let them fall off by themselves or you risk scarring and infection.

Do not apply any makeup on a scab even a mineral based make up for the first 4-5 days or until the scabbing or peeling is complete in about 5-10 days).

Let it Breathe! Do not apply any kind of occlusive dressing or plasters on the treated areas as doing so can delay, interfere with the natural healing process.

No sweating! Do not work out, swim, get in a jacuzzi or steam room to avoid sweating by limiting outdoor activities stay cool!

Avoid direct sun exposure for more than a few minutes protect your skin from tanning beds too– Once the scabbing process is complete, always apply a broad-spectrum sunblock to the treated area. The skin is still healing and can easily become damaged by the UV rays causing hyperpigmentation
